With Φ 114 mm and thickness of 2.2 mm galvanized steel tube,the pipe quality conform to the BS1387-1985 standard requirement,technical standards comply with the BS1387-1985 requirement. Welding adopts argon arc welding and CO2 shielded welding (accord with GB/T8810-1995 requirements).After galvanized processing,the surface is sprayed outdoor environmental protection polyester pearl powder of the United States Dupont again.The peculiarities are as follow:high temperature curing, smooth surface, ultraviolet resistance, and a strong ability of bright color, is not easy to fall off, corrosion resistance.

Fasteners are made of high-strength aluminum alloy for one-time casting. The corners are smooth. After sandblasting, the surface is sprayed with USA DuPont outdoor environmentally friendly polyester powder. It is cured at high temperature, with smooth surface, strong anti-UV ability, bright color and not easy to fall off.Corrosion resistance; the spraying equipment adopts computer-controlled electrostatic powder spraying device imported from South Korea. All screws are made of stainless steel No. 316 (according to GB/T1221-1992 accuracy standard requirements).
